Police K9 Can't Stop Kissing His Partner While Trying To Take A Serious Photo

We all know how loving and loyal dogs can be. They’re called “man’s best friend” for a reason, and it’s amazing to see the bond that can develop between a dog and its owner over time. This is especially true of police dogs, who work day in and day out with their partners to fight crime and keep people safe.

If you’ve ever owned a dog, you’ll know how warm and friendly they can be. Dogs are actually being more frequently used to help people with mental problems because they’re so good at helping us feel better! They provide companionship and affection to their owners and will always stand by them, no matter what.

They also love to show off their affection with plenty of kisses and snuggles. If you’ve ever tried to take a photo with a particularly loving dog, you’ll know what a funny experience it can be!

Levi Knach knows all about that. Levi works as a police officer in Indiana, alongside his K9 buddy, Kenobi.

Police K9s are truly incredible dogs. Doted with exceptional intelligence and remarkable bravery, these dogs play a vital role in helping track down lost people, identifying criminals and finding stolen items or animals. Kenobi spent a lot of time training up and is now a reliable and trusted member of the force.

Levi, meanwhile, works for the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), meaning that he is capable of performing regular police work, but has a special priority for environmental matters.

The pair have spent a lot of time together and built up a special friendship. Recently, Levi and Kenobi decided to pose for their official police portrait. And, well, it didn’t quite go to plan!

Police photos often feature officers (and sometimes their dogs) staring rather grimly at the camera. The officers aren’t really encouraged to smile, as the photo is meant to represent the often difficult and draining work they do.

Well, Levi couldn’t help smiling for his photoshoot as Kenobi just wouldn’t stop snuggling up close and licking his face!

Kenobi definitely wasn’t in much of a serious mood!

Officer Knach did his best to keep a straight face and hoped that Kenobi would calm down, but eventually he just couldn’t carry on and nearly burst out laughing!

Eventually, the furry guy was able to calm himself down and pose for a more professional-looking photo. It looks good, but it’s not as cute as the others!

Apparently, Kenobi is always an affectionate dog and spends a lot of time cuddling up with Officer Knach during regular working days.

He even sometimes sits on his lap while the officer is trying to type on his computer!

It’s great to see such a strong bond between this pair. Just like human officers, K9 dogs need to be serious to get their jobs done efficiently, but they can still enjoy some affection-filled moments from time to time.
